Fletchers Group in Manchester is seeking a Solicitor or Equivalent (Clinical Negligence Grade C) to join our growing clinical negligence team on a hybrid basis. You will work with a busy caseload, supporting Lawyers and Senior Lawyers from inception through to trial, with supervision and mentoring of junior colleagues.

Qualifikationen

• Recent experience handling a case load in clinical negligence.
• NQ–5 years PQE or equivalent in clinical negligence preferred.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage an individual caseload from inception to trial.
• Provide support and guidance to the team to deliver excellent service to clients.
• Support the Team Leader in achieving KPIs and time recording.
• Draft legal documents including LOCs and letters of instruction.
• Negotiate settlements and manage litigation steps as required.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.
