Fletchers Group seeks an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor (Grade A/B) to join its Nottingham-based team. The role offers hybrid working and autonomy to manage complex clinical negligence cases from start to finish, liaising with clients, medical experts and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Recent experience handling a caseload in clinical negligence.
• 8+ years PQE or equivalent clinical negligence experience.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills.
• Strong IT skills with MS Office, Proclaim and Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong commercial awareness within a legal environment.
• Ability to coach and mentor junior team members.
• Flexible and able to meet deadlines.
• Excellent client care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, guidance and assistance to the team to deliver outstanding service to customers.
• Proactive and commercial case management and progression.
• Support the Team Leader in achieving the team’s financial KPIs.
