Job summary

Fletchers Solicitors Limited is expanding its Clinical Negligence team in Leeds and seeking a talented Grade C Solicitor (or equivalent) to manage a personal caseload with independence and support from a collaborative group of specialists.

You will contribute to high-quality client outcomes, navigate complex proceedings, and benefit from a comprehensive benefits package in a flexible hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Recent experience of handling a caseload within a legal practice.
• 5 years+ PQE or equivalent experience in Clinical Negligence.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills.
• Excellent IT skills with Microsoft Office, Proclaim and Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong commercial awareness within legal services.

Responsibilities

• Run an individual caseload with autonomy and support from the team.
• Provide guidance and assist the team to deliver outstanding client service.
• Support proactive, commercial case management and progression across the team.
• Contribute to meeting team KPIs and ensure accurate time recording.
• Discuss and agree case tactics with leadership; drive cases to LOC, settlement, or service.
