Fletchers Group seeks an experienced Solicitor (Clinical Negligence Grade C) in Leeds. Hybrid working available, with a mix of home and office collaboration.

You will manage a diverse caseload, support junior colleagues, and help drive outcomes from inception to trial within a busy, respected team. Qualifications

• Recent experience of handling a case load.
• NQ-5 years PQE or equivalent in Clinical Negligence.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills.
• Excellent IT skills (MS Office, ProClaim, Excel).
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong commercial awareness in a legal setting.
• Ability to coach and mentor junior colleagues.
• Flexible and deadline-oriented approach.
• Excellent Client Care Skills.

Responsibilities

• Run and manage your own caseload under supervision.
• Support and assist Lawyers and Senior Lawyers in case progression.
• Contribute to proactive case management and client service excellence.
• Help meet team financial and performance KPIs with accurate time recording.
• Draft legal documents and correspondence as required.
• Coordinate case progression with internal and external parties.
• Support LOC, settlement, and service processes when needed.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and share knowledge.
