Fletchers Solicitors Limited in Southport invites an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor (Grade A/B) to join our leading team. You will handle complex clinical negligence matters from start to finish with autonomy, liaising with clients, medical experts, and other stakeholders to secure favorable outcomes.

You will contribute to a culture of excellence within a supportive, hybrid working environment, where professional development and collaboration are valued.

Competenze

• Recent experience handling a caseload in clinical negligence
• 8+ years' PQE in clinical negligence law
• Excellent organisation and time management
• Clear drafting and communication skills
• Strong IT proficiency with MS Office, ProClaim and Excel

• Provide guidance to the team to deliver outstanding service
• Proactive case management and progression
• Support Team Leader in achieving KPIs
• Thorough time recording
• Draft legal documents including LOC and instructions
• Negotiate settlements and manage proceedings as needed
