Fletchers Group in Liverpool is recruiting a Solicitor or Equivalent (Clinical Negligence Grade C) to join our busy team. You will manage a diverse caseload from inception to trial under supervision, mentoring juniors and contributing to KPIs.

The role offers hybrid working and a supportive culture, with strong opportunities for professional development within a leading clinical negligence practice.

Qualifications

• Recent experience handling a caseload in clinical negligence.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and work with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Run an individual caseload from inception to trial.
• Support Lawyers and Senior Lawyers in case management.
• Contribute to proactive and commercial case progression to meet KPIs.
• Record time accurately and maintain documentation.
• Draft legal documents including LOCs and letters of instruction.
