Job summary

Fletchers Group in Southport is seeking a Solicitor (Grade A/B) with substantial Clinical Negligence experience to join our growing team. This hybrid role offers flexible home working alongside in-office collaboration, with autonomy to manage complex cases from start to finish.

You will advise clients, liaise with medical experts and drive outcomes, drawing on seniority to mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the division's success.

Qualifications

• Recent experience handling a clinical negligence caseload.
• 8+ years PQE or equivalent experience working in clinical negligence.
• Excellent organisational and drafting skills.
• Excellent IT skills especially in respect of Proclaim and MS Office packages.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance and proactive case management.
• Support the Team Leader in meeting financial KPIs.
• Coordinate case progression with internal and external parties.
• Draft legal documentation including LOCs and letters of instruction.
• Oversee team communications and accurate time recording.
