Fletchers Group in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Solicitor (Grade A/B) in Clinical Negligence to join our leading team. You will manage complex clinical negligence cases from inception to resolution, liaising with clients, medical experts and colleagues with autonomy and commercial focus.

The role offers hybrid working, a supportive culture and a strong commitment to professional development. The ideal candidate has 8+ years' PQE in clinical negligence, excellent drafting and communication

Qualifications

• 8+ years' PQE in clinical negligence.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and case management software.

Responsibilities

• Providing support and guidance to the team to deliver outstanding service.
• Proactive and commercial case management and progression.
• Supporting the Team Leader in achieving the team's KPIs.
• Accurate time recording and documentation.
