Qualifications

• NQ-5 years PQE or equivalent experience in Clinical Negligence.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills.
• Excellent IT skills with Proclaim and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Running an individual caseload and providing support to the team.
• Contributing to proactive and commercial case management and progression.
• Supporting the Team Leader in delivering KPIs and supervising junior members.
• Drafting legal documentation including LOCs and letters of instruction.
• Negotiating settlements and proceeding with litigation when required.
