Qualifications

• Recent experience handling a clinical negligence caseload.
• 5+ years PQE in clinical negligence or equivalent.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills.
• Strong commercial awareness within a legal environment.
• Ability to coach and mentor junior team members.
• Flexible and deadline-driven with a proactive approach.
• Excellent client care skills.

Responsibilities

• Run an individual caseload independently.
• Provide guidance and support to the team to deliver outstanding client service.
• Contribute to proactive and commercial case management and progression.
• Support Team Leader in delivering KPIs.
• Maintain thorough time recording.
