• Recent experience handling a caseload in clinical negligence.
• 5 years+ PQE or equivalent in clinical negligence.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills.
• Strong commercial awareness within a legal environment.
• Ability to coach and mentor junior team members.
• Flexible and results‑driven, able to meet deadlines.
• Excellent client care skills.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for running an individual caseload.
• Provide guidance and support to the team to deliver outstanding service.
• Contribute to proactive, commercial case management and progression.
• Support the Team Leader in achieving KPIs and performance targets.
• Ensure accurate time recording and case progression.
