Clinical Negligence Solicitor (2-5 PQE) | Birmingham | Top Tier Claimant Practice

I'm currently working with one of the UK's leading claimant Clinical Negligence teams, which is looking to recruit a Solicitor (2-5 PQE) into its highly regarded Birmingham office.

This is a fantastic opportunity to handle genuinely high-quality work, including:

• Brain injury
• Birth injury / Cerebral Palsy
• Fatal claims
• Delayed diagnosis
• Amputation claims
• Other complex, life-changing clinical negligence matters

You'll manage your own caseload whilst assisting on high-value and multi-million-pound litigation alongside nationally recognised specialists.

Unlike many claimant opportunities, my client is also keen to speak with defendant Clinical Negligence solicitors looking to move into claimant work.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2-5 years' PQE
• Clinical Negligence experience (claimant or defendant)
• Experience managing their own caseload
• Strong litigation skills
• Excellent client care
