Job summary

Cape Clarke in Birmingham is seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to handle complex, high-value cases within a leading claimant team. You will manage your own caseload while contributing to larger, high-profile claims and liaising with experts and counsel to secure the best outcomes for clients.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years' PQE in Clinical Negligence, strong litigation and drafting skills, and a genuine passion for representing clients with life-changing injuries.

If you're a Clinical Negligence Solicitor looking to work on complex, higher-value cases whilst joining one of the strongest claimant teams in the UK, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

I'm currently working with a nationally recognised law firm that continues to invest heavily in the growth of its Birmingham Clinical Negligence practice.

The successful candidate will join an established and highly regarded team handling a broad spectrum of complex medical negligence litigation. The work regularly involves serious and catastrophic injury claims, providing excellent exposure to technically demanding cases and the opportunity to work alongside some of the most experienced specialists in the sector.

Your caseload will include matters involving:

• Brain injury
• Birth injury
• Delayed diagnosis
• Surgical negligence
• Fatal claims
• Orthopaedic injuries
• Other complex Clinical Negligence litigation

Alongside running your own files, you'll assist on significant, high-value claims and work closely with leading experts, Counsel and healthcare professionals to achieve the very best outcomes for clients.
