BCL Legal is seeking a Clinical Risk Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join a leading national law firm handling high-value clinical negligence claims for NHS Resolution and healthcare clients. The role offers a collaborative team and flexible/hybrid working.

You will manage your own caseload, develop matters with senior colleagues and have opportunities to support advocacy, inquests and mediation where appropriate. Strong defendant clinical negligence experience or transferable claimant experience, plus

Clinical Risk Solicitor | 2+ PQE

A leading national law firm is looking to grow its Clinical Risk team with the appointment of solicitors from around 2 PQE upwards.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded and genuinely supportive team handling complex, high-value clinical negligence claims on behalf of NHS Resolution and other healthcare clients.

The team is open to speaking with candidates at a variety of levels, whether you're looking to build on strong foundations post-qualification or are already running more complex matters with a greater degree of autonomy.

The work on offer is varied and interesting, including:

• High-value and complex clinical negligence claims
• Matters involving catastrophic injury and fatal claims
• Multi-party and technically challenging litigation
• Close client contact and advisory work
• Opportunities to support on advocacy, inquests and mediation where appropriate

The successful candidate will ideally:

• Be a qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE
• Have defendant clinical negligence experience, or strong claimant clinical negligence experience transferable into a defendant environment
• Be confident managing your own caseload and working collaboratively within a wider team
• Have strong communication and client management skills
