Job summary

Chadwick Nott is assisting a national firm in Birmingham to recruit a Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE. You will join a team working with L500 rated partners and manage your own caseload from day one.

You will handle claims involving brain injuries, cerebral palsy, delayed cancer diagnoses and other serious clinical negligence cases, delivering high-quality, compassionate legal advice while collaborating across the firm.

Fantastic opportunity for an associate with 2+ years' PQE to join this national firm who are expanding their clinical negligence team.

Based in Birmingham, you will work with L500 rated partners who are well known for their expertise in this field and you will also be responsible running your own caseload. Clients you will deal with range from those with serious brain injuries such as cerebral palsy, families of deceased patients (including those who have died due to preventable suicides), patients who have suffered delays in diagnosis of cancer, and patients who have suffered significant orthopaedic injuries such as amputations. The team is renowned nationally for its expertise in this work.
