William James Recruitment is recruiting for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor in Newcastle to join a leading national law firm’s Healthcare team. You will manage a varied caseload from inception to resolution, handling pre-litigated and litigated matters and supporting senior colleagues on large healthcare disputes.

You’ll draft pleadings, witness statements and legal advice while liaising with clients, experts and counsel.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with experience handling clinical negligence matters.
• Strong understanding of Civil Procedure Rules and litigation process.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Commercial and pragmatic approach to legal advice.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and workload.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims from inception through to resolution.

A leading national law firm is looking to recruit an ambitious Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its growing Healthcare team in Newcastle.

You will join a supportive and collaborative team where you'll have the opportunity to handle your own caseload, work closely with experienced specialists on significant cases and develop your advocacy, technical and client management skills. The Role

As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will:
