Clinical Negligence - Up to £65,000 salary + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly respected Legal 500 law firm, widely recognised for its strength in Clinical Negligence and Healthcare litigation.

As part of ongoing national expansion, the firm is looking to recruit a talented Solicitor to join its expert Clinical Negligence team based in Newcastle. This is a fantastic chance to work alongside leading specialists on a broad spectrum of complex and high-value defendant Clinical Negligence and Health-related claims.

You'll handle matters for major clients including NHS Resolution, medical defence organisations, private hospitals, and insurers, taking responsibility for your own caseload while playing a key role in a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

The Candidate

Qualified Solicitor with 0–5 years’ of post qualification experience
Background in Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury, Insurance Litigation, or related civil disputes
Prior experience acting for NHS Resolution or MDO clients is advantageous but not essential
Strong technical and case management skills
Commercially aware with a proactive, problem-solving approach
Able to manage both straightforward and complex matters confidently
Excellent communication skills and client relationship focus
Team player with a willingness to support and mentor junior colleagues
