KERV Legal in Manchester is recruiting a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its growing team. You will manage your own caseload under the supervision of senior lawyers, from instruction through to settlement or trial, in a supportive, collaborative environment.

The role involves handling both pre-litigation and litigated matters, drafting key documents, instructing medical experts and negotiating settlements, with mentoring and ongoing professional development on offer.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ or equivalent) with clinical negligence exposure.
• Experience handling a clinical negligence caseload or assisting on cases.
• Strong drafting, communication and organisational skills.
• Excellent client care and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and work collaboratively within a team.
• Commercial awareness and proactive case progression.
