You will manage a varied caseload from inception to resolution, handling both pre-litigated and litigated matters, and advise healthcare clients and insurers on complex disputes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims from inception through to resolution.
• Handle both pre-litigated and litigated matters, depending on experience and complexity.
• Assist senior colleagues on large-scale and high-value healthcare disputes.
• Draft pleadings, witness statements, correspondence and legal advice.
• Liaise with clients, experts, counsel and other stakeholders throughout the life of a claim.
• Attend conferences, hearings and settlement meetings as required.
• Deliver clear, commercially focused advice and exceptional client service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients and insurers.
• Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate.
• Contribute to business development and help strengthen the team's presence within the healthcare sector.
