Job summary

William James Recruitment is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a highly regarded Legal 500 practice in Leeds. You will manage a strong pipeline of complex clinical negligence claims from inception through to conclusion, handling high-quality matters including birth injury and brain/spinal injuries where applicable.

You will work in a dedicated team known for outstanding client care, with hybrid and flexible working arrangements and a clear path for progression.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor or legal executive with clinical negligence experience.
• Experience managing your own clinical negligence caseload.
• Strong drafting and file management skills.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a highly regarded Legal 500 practice based in Leeds as its Clinical Negligence department continues to grow. The firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor to manage a strong pipeline of quality cases from inception through to conclusion.

The Role:
