Job summary

William James Recruitment is seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive in Manchester. You will manage your own caseload while supporting Senior Solicitors on complex claims, with exposure to pre-litigation and litigated matters, alongside detailed review of medical records and evidence gathering.

The role requires strong knowledge of the Pre-Action Protocol and CPR, and a proven ability to meet KPIs and deadlines while delivering excellent client care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive qualification.
• Experience handling a Clinical Negligence caseload.
• Strong knowledge of the Clinical Negligence Pre-Action Protocol.
• Good understanding of CPR and litigation procedure.
• Experience working to KPIs and deadlines.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Strong communication and client care ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of Clinical Negligence files.

Clinical Negligence Solicitor - Manchester - Up to £85,000 + Benefits + Bonus

This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable Manchester law firm with an established reputation in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence. As the department continues to expand, the firm is looking to appoint an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to strengthen its specialist team.

You’ll manage your own smaller caseload while also supporting Senior Solicitors on complex and higher-value matters, giving you excellent exposure to quality work within a collaborative and well-regarded environment.
