William James Recruitment is representing a Birmingham firm seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to manage a busy caseload and support Partners on high-value matters. The role offers autonomy, development and exposure to challenging cases in a growing team.

The ideal candidate will have Clinical Negligence experience, knowledge of Pre-Action Protocol and CPR, and the ability to work to KPIs. Salary up to £75,000 plus benefits and bonus, with 27 days holidays and enhanced pension.

Responsabilidades

Clinical Negligence Solicitor - Birmingham - Up to £75,000 + benefits + bonus

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established Birmingham practice as its Clinical Negligence department continues to expand. The firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor to strengthen its specialist team and contribute to high-quality claimant work.

You'll manage your own complex caseload while also supporting Partners high-value matters, offering a strong mix of autonomy, development and exposure to technically challenging cases.

The Role:

• Manage your own caseload of Clinical Negligence claims
• Support Partners on complex pre-litigation and litigated matters
• Investigate liability and assess medical evidence
• Instruct medical experts and gather key reports
• Draft Letters of Claim and other legal documentation
• Assess quantum and manage settlement strategy
• Work in line with CPR and Clinical Negligence Pre-Action Protocol
• Deliver strong client care throughout all stages of the claim

• Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive
