Job summary

KERV Legal, a top 100 national law firm, is recruiting a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its growing Manchester team. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload, draft essential documents, instruct experts and advance cases from instruction to settlement or trial.

You will work with experienced solicitors and senior lawyers, supporting complex matters while providing excellent client care and mentoring juniors.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or equivalent experience in clinical negligence.
• Experience managing or assisting with a clinical negligence caseload.
• Strong drafting, communication and organisational skills.
• Excellent client care and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and work collaboratively within a team.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to case progression.
