Job summary

Quantum Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Royston home as Clinical Manager, overseeing nursing care for residents and guiding the care team. The role focuses on safe, high-quality care, reducing unnecessary hospital admissions and providing expert guidance.

You will coordinate assessments, governance, audits and staff appraisals, while ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across the service.

Qualifications

• Active NMC registration (Band 6 or above) and ongoing professional development.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards, clinical governance and regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to care teams and ensure resident safety and dignity.
• Oversee clinical governance, conduct audits and maintain high-quality care documentation.
• Lead MDT meetings and coordinate with internal and external professionals.
• Develop, supervise and assess clinical staff through appraisals and CPD.
• Ensure compliance with CQC, NMC and health and safety policies.
• Monitor equipment and drive continuous improvement with the General Manager.
