Job summary

Quantum Care is seeking an enthusiastic adult qualified Registered Nurse to join our new Melwood Grange Care Home in Royston. This part‑time role offers 25 hours per week across two days with a mix of days and nights and a rate of £23.76 per hour.

You will deliver high‑quality, person‑centred nursing care, administer medications, supervise care staff, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. An NMC registration with CPD and experience in care homes is essential.

Contract: Part Time- Perm

Hour: 25 hours per week (2 days per week – Days and Nights)

Pay: £23.76 per hour

Shift Times: 730am - 8.00pm and 8.00pm - 8.00am – Weekdays and alternative Weekends

We are seeking a team of enthusiastic adult qualified Registered Nurses to start our journey into nursing for older people in this wonderful new spacious and modern nursing care home at Melwood Grange Care Home in Royston. A luxury, 73 bed purpose‑built care home set in the Hertfordshire countryside, Melwood Grange offers exceptional care in stylish surroundings, with premium facilities including a cinema, café, hair and beauty salon, and beautifully landscaped gardens.

What You’ll Bring

• Have a current NMC registration with evidence of CPD, as well as experience of working in a care home is essential.
• Be responsible for achieving the highest possible standard of care in a professional manner through direct nursing care and effective supervision of Staff Members.
• Provide direction and nursing support for the care team.
• Provide the development and delivery of consistently high quality clinical and care services for residents with complex health and social care needs.
• Maintain high standards in all documentation and person‑centred care plans.
• Have an awareness of regulatory and safeguarding standards and expectations with regards to the safety of vulnerable adults.
• Adhere to all appropriate NMC guidelines/regulations at all times.
