Quantum Care is a not-for-profit organisation delivering high-quality care to over 2,000 older people across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex. We seek a specialist Peripatetic Home Manager & Quality Auditor to lead operating across multiple homes and drive continuous improvement.

You will provide interim Home Manager support, ensure regulatory readiness, and oversee quality improvement while CQC registration remains managed through existing arrangements.

Qualifikationen

• Level 5 Leadership in Health & Social Care qualification (or equivalent) with ongoing CPD and a full UK driving licence.
• Significant Home Manager experience within residential/dementia care services.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, MCA/DoLS, and care sector legislation.

Aufgaben

• Provide operational leadership across Quantum Care homes, including interim Home Manager support and service stabilisation.
• Drive quality improvement, compliance, auditing and regulatory readiness for outstanding care standards.
• Deliver temporary Home Manager cover while maintaining CQC registration responsibilities with existing arrangements.
