Montu UK is seeking an experienced Learning and Development lead to shape how our clinical teams learn, develop and perform as we grow. You will own the learning experience across clinical teams, turning complex standards into accessible learning and building practical development programmes.
You will partner with clinical SMEs, operational leaders and the People team to deliver onboarding, learning paths and coaching that embeds capability and patient safety into everyday practice.
This is an opportunity to shape how our clinical teams learn, develop and perform as Montu continues to grow.
Sitting within the Learning and Development function, you will take ownership of the learning experience across our clinical teams. You will build structured, engaging and practical development programmes that give our people the knowledge, skills and confidence to deliver safe, consistent and patient-centred care.
You do not need to be a clinician or hold a professional healthcare registration. However, you will need to understand the realities of working in a clinical environment, including the importance of patient safety, clinical governance, regulatory compliance and quality.
Working closely with clinical subject‑matter experts, operational leaders and the wider People team, you will turn complex standards, processes and clinical requirements into learning that people can understand, apply and embed in their everyday work.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who is passionate about developing people, confident working with specialist stakeholders and comfortable building learning solutions in a fast‑paced and evolving environment.
