Innov8staffing is recruiting for a Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN) in Bewdley, Worcestershire. Offering £24.50 per hour, full-time permanent role with staff accommodation and immediate interviews.

You will lead, support and develop the nursing team while delivering high-quality care to residents with complex dementia and nursing needs. As Clinical Lead you will supervise the nursing team, coordinate with GPs and other professionals, develop care plans, and ensure regulatory standards are met.

Qualifikationen

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active UK NMC PIN
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience in a care setting
• Experience delivering person-centred care to residents with dementia
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to supervise multiple staff and manage clinical responsibilities
• Full-time availability with willingness to work shifts

To be considered, you will need:

• Registered General Nurse (RGN)
• Active UK NMC PIN – essential
• Proven experience working as a Registered Nurse
• Strong clinical knowledge and nursing skills
• Experience delivering compassionate, person‑centred careConfidence supervising and supporting other members of the nursing team
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Good organisational and prioritisation skills
• The ability to manage multiple clinical responsibilities effectively
• Previous experience as a Clinical Lead, Senior Nurse, Unit Manager or Deputy Manager (would be highly advantageous)
• Experienced Registered Nurses who can demonstrate strong leadership ability and are ready to progress their careers are also encouraged to apply.
