Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group is seeking an experienced change and quality improvement professional to partner with clinical teams to design and deliver sustainable service improvements.

The role focuses on driving project delivery with strong clinical engagement, working with stakeholders including patients and carers, and modelling innovative approaches to safety, quality and productivity. National duties may include representing the Trust when required.

Qualifikationen

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Masters level qualification or equivalent experience.
• Evidence of significant personal development through formal courses and/or experience.
• Training in large scale change/quality improvement/effective resource management.

Aufgaben

• Partnering with clinical teams to design effective, sustainable solutions to complex service challenges.
• Driving project delivery, ensuring strong clinical engagement and ownership.
• Working with internal and external stakeholders — including patient and carer representatives — to ensure improvements deliver real, measurable benefits.
• Acting as a role model for innovation, quality improvement and transformation methodologies.
• Representing the Trust locally and nationally as required
• Ensuring all improvement activity aligns with Trust priorities around safety, quality, patient experience, efficiency and productivity
