The role will lead on project delivery, apply PRINCE2 and Agile methods, and manage risks while engaging a broad range of clinical and operational stakeholders to deliver measurable patient benefits.

• Lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of transformation and improvement projects across the Trust.
• Apply recognised project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile) to ensure delivery.

• Support staff through change with effective communication, training and engagement.
• Oversee health improvement and health inequalities projects and embed them into BAU.
