You will apply continuous improvement methods, manage governance and risks, support planning and performance reporting, and ensure projects deliver expected benefits within timescales.

Qualifications

• Understand service needs and co-design improvement plans with stakeholders.
• Support Care Group teams in developing improvement plans for services.
• Apply continuous improvement principles across improvement programmes.
• Support planning with Care Groups and Finance teams to identify priorities.
• Monitor performance and report on improvement programmes.
• Governance and risk management for improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• 1) Service Improvement: Work with stakeholders to understand service needs and co-design improvement plans aligned with organisational priorities.
• 2) Quality Improvement: Develop improvement strategy and standardised methodology, training and delivery with the Associate Director of QI.
• 3) Planning: Translate annual business plans into clear improvement priorities with Care Groups and Finance teams.
• 4) Performance and Information Management: Produce performance reports and track delivery against objectives; communicate complex data to stakeholders.
• 5) Financial Management: Assess change programmes with cost-benefit analysis and manage budgets for improvement projects.
• 6) Governance and Risk: Implement robust governance, provide reporting mechanisms, and ensure quality equality assessments.
