NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care is seeking an Associate Director to drive transformation, quality improvement and personalisation across a locality's health and care system. The role leads clinical transformation, links safeguarding and LeDeR learning to service redesign, and operates across partnerships with local government, providers and the voluntary sector.

Registration with a recognised clinical regulator is required, with extensive system leadership experience and a proven ability

Competenze

• Master's level education or equivalent in a senior strategic management area.
• Current professional clinical registration with GMC, GPhC, NMC or HCPC.

Mansioni

• Lead transformation and delivery programmes aligned to NHS GM strategy and Locality Plan.
• Provide clinical leadership for quality improvement and personalisation.
• Maintain oversight of risk, assurance and governance across the portfolio.
• Champion formal improvement approaches and national collaboratives.
• Build a quality improvement culture incorporating safeguarding and LeDeR learning.
• Collaborate with local government, primary care networks, providers and the voluntary sector.
• Strengthen leadership across nursing and allied health professionals.
• Bridge GM statutory safeguarding with place arrangements and, on adults and children.
