Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Quality Improvement Facilitator (Band 7) to lead and coach teams in improvement work across our sites. The role focuses on delivering safer, more effective and compassionate care, supported by clinical and operational collaboration.

You will champion innovation, build improvement capability, and contribute to the Trust Quality Strategy. This is an opportunity to influence care delivery at scale within a large, forward‑thinking NHS Foundation

Competenze

• Registered nurse, allied health professional or healthcare professional encouraged to apply.
• Experience in quality improvement is desirable.
• Ability to collaborate across clinical and operational teams.

Mansioni

• Lead and support quality improvement projects using recognised QI tools and methods.
• Coach, train and motivate staff to grow improvement capability across the Trust.
• Analyse and interpret data to inform decisions and show progress.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions with clinical and operational teams.
• Engage patients, carers and staff to reflect lived experiences in improvement work.
• Redesign processes with multidisciplinary teams to improve safety, outcomes and experience.
• Promote a positive improvement culture aligned with Trust values.
