Responsibilities

• Be accountable for own actions in line with professional conduct and trust guidelines.
• Apply highly developed communication skills to maintain service quality and manage events.
• Lead as a knowledgeable team leader and resource, embedding clinical governance.
• Identify and assess complex clinical/non-clinical issues; implement resolutions and monitor outcomes.
• Oversee interdepartmental activities, HR processes, complaints management, appraisals, patient flow.
• Lead on education and training for staff, patients, and carers.
• Ensure effective use of information and IT systems for patient and workforce data.
• Manage staff rotas, monitor capacity, adjust schedules, escalate concerns.
