Desirable criteria- Clinical qualification.
- Formal Qualification in related field Human Factors training.
ExperienceEssential criteria- Demonstrable experience relating to clinical governance and patient safety
- Experience of reviewing and leading Serious Incident review panels and Complaint investigations
Desirable criteria- Experience of implementing change in clinical practice
- Sound understanding of the health and social care landscape, and the place of external partners in this landscape
KnowledgeEssential criteria- Demonstrable ability to produce high quality concise reports and narratives, often within a tight timescale.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from a wide variety of disciplines.
- Proven understanding of statutory and mandatory responsibilities regarding clinical governance, risk and complaints management
Desirable criteria- Knowledge of quality improvement and assurance principles and processes relevant to healthcare settings.
- Proven ability to collate information from various sources and to summarise such information concisely.
- Proven ability to deliver training requirements coherently and accurately.
- Proven computer literacy skills in database use such as incident reporting, excel.
