  • Conduct pre-deployment screenings, travel health assessments, and repatriation planning.
  • Review medical documentation to ensure appropriate, high-quality care delivery.
  • Manage complex medical cases, including emergency coordination and medical evacuations.
  • Collaborate with global healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate, compliant clinical records in the Case Management System.
  • Mentor junior clinicians and support team members in delivering best-in-class care.
  • Liaise with stakeholders including insurance companies, healthcare providers, and corporate clients to coordinate interventions.
  • Drive clinical governance activities, audits, and quality assurance initiatives under the guidance of the Deputy Chief Medical Officer.
  • Ensure compliance with UK, European, and North American medical regulations, data protection standards, and internal SOPs.

What you'll bring:

  • A recognised clinical degree (nurse, paramedic, physician, or equivalent).
  • Professional registration with a relevant authority (GMC, NMC, HCPC, NAEMT/NREMT, etc.).
  • Experience in emergency medicine, occupational health, travel medicine, aerospace, or military medicine is highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of clinical governance, risk management, and quality improvement frameworks.
  • Comfortable working in high-pressure environments and making confident, patient-focused decisions.
  • Proficient in telemedicine platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent English (additional languages a plus).
