Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead on educational requirements to support the delivery of the mental healthcare agenda within the division.
• Provide effective leadership to staff to promote high performance standards both individually and as a team.
• Lead on Development programmes and collaborate with key stakeholders across the Trust.
