Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Lead Clinical Practice Educator to steer in-house education and workforce development across 13 Neighbourhood Mental Health Teams in the Division. You will design, deliver, and evaluate evidence-based education initiatives to support clinical practice and staff competency in a high-quality care environment.

Based at Mole Business Park, Leatherhead, the role is fixed-term for 12 months, Band 7, 37.5 hours per week, with pro‑rata

Formación

• Current NMC registration as RMN or RNLD.
• Recognised clinical professional qualification in Mental Health or Learning Disability.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Experience working in Mental health and/or learning disability settings.
• Significant experience in a senior clinical role.
• Experience in developing and leading education programmes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and delivery of in-house clinical education programmes for the 13 Neighbourhood Mental Health Teams.
• Collaborate with Clinical Practice Educators, Learning Environment Leads and divisional leaders to ensure high-quality education.
• Design, deliver and evaluate evidence-based education and development initiatives.
• Promote best-practice care and ongoing professional development across the division.

NMC registration RMN/RNLD

Educación

Degree level or equivalent

Recognised clinical qualification in Mental Health or Learning Disability
