Post: Clinical Development Fellow in Oncology
Location: Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Centre
The Centre offers comprehensive training in Oncology, with placements available in Palliative Medicine and Clinical Haematology. Under supervision, Fellows participate in patient management on wards, with opportunities in outpatient clinics, radiotherapy, and specialized units.
Wards B1, B2, B4, B5, and B7 focus on non-surgical cancer treatments. The fellowship emphasizes career development, including CV enhancement and interview preparation, with support from experienced consultants involved in national recruitment.
Candidates should ideally possess MRCP (UK/I) or equivalent, with experience in Oncology, Palliative Medicine, or Haematology considered advantageous. Career prospects in this expanding field are excellent.
