Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust on Oxford Road Campus in Manchester is seeking a Clinical Support Officer to provide day-to-day reception and clerical support to Community Clinics in Trafford. You will be the first point of contact for clinic users and partners, helping ensure services run smoothly.
The role includes filing, typing, scanning records, maintaining stock, distributing mail, and coordinating room usage with the Clinic Support Coordinators.
The Clinical Support Officer, under the supervision of the Clinic Support Coordinators provides day-to-day reception and clerical support to the Community Clinics within Trafford as required. Together with the Clinic Support Coordinators, the post holder will be the first point of contact with clinic users, other agencies, and the general public.
