JD Healthcare Group is seeking a proactive Clinic Coordinator to lead front-of-house operations across our UK clinics, ensuring every patient and visitor experiences a welcoming, efficient environment.

You will supervise the reception team, handle complex patient queries and bookings, manage payments, and coordinate with clinic management to keep daily operations running to the highest standards. This role suits a people-focused professional seeking meaningful work.

Competenze

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to create a welcoming environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and patient management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy clinic.

Mansioni

• Lead front-of-house operations and handle first-point escalation for reception queries.
• Manage complex patient queries, bookings, registrations and portal administration.
• Process patient payments and oversee end-of-day financial reporting.
• Support patient communications including post-consultation follow-ups and cost explanations.
• Monitor and update patient outcome tracking for reporting.
• Oversee stock control for reception and clinic supplies.
• Coordinate clinic events such as open days; occasional weekend/bank holiday cover.
