Job summary

Surrey Park Women's Clinic is seeking a warm, organised Clinic Coordinator to join our front-of-house team. You will welcome patients, handle bookings across fertility, gynaecology, menopause and pregnancy services, and support day-to-day operations with accuracy and care.

In this busy clinic environment you will manage appointments, registrations, invoicing and end-of-day reporting, coordinate stock for reception and clinic supplies, and work closely with clinic management to deliver a

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office and patient management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy clinic.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for reception-related queries and ensuring a welcoming, well-organised patient environment at all times
• Support with new patient bookings across all women’s health services (fertility, gynaecology, menopause, pregnancy)
• Manage patient queries and bookings, ensuring every lead is maximised to its potential.
• Oversee appointment scheduling, patient registration, invoicing and end-of-day financial reporting with accuracy and efficiency
• Coordinate stock control for reception and clinic supplies, ensuring timely ordering and inventory management
