Loughborough University’s School of Social Sciences and Humanities invites applications for a Finance Administrator role within the Climate Compatible Growth (CCG) project. The role combines financial administration, procurement and grant reporting, with a focus on complex funding arrangements and collaboration across stakeholders.

The post is full-time and fixed-term until 31 March 2027, with hybrid working.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a financial role within higher education or similar environment.
• Ability to manage externally funded projects and grant claims.
• Strong proficiency with financial management software (Unit4 or equivalent).
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

Aufgaben

• Provide finance support and project management for externally funded projects.
• Prepare grant claims and finance reporting.
• Utilise financial management software (Unit4 or similar) effectively.
• Maintain strong Excel and MS Office capabilities for reporting.
