Job summary

Climate Impact Partners Limited is seeking a Client Services Associate to ensure our clients receive consistent, high-quality support after sale, from onboarding through renewal.

You will manage a portfolio of client relationships in collaboration with the Strategic Account Management team, shaping processes and templates as the function is built out. The role requires excellent written communication and a proactive, collaborative approach to building something new.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing role where direct client communication was core.
• Ability to manage client relationships and defined processes independently.
• Experience cross-functional collaboration to resolve client needs efficiently.
• Understanding the boundary between client services and commercial ownership; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Act as the named Client Services Associate for a portfolio of accounts, working with the Strategic Account Manager.
• Build strong relationships with client contacts at an operational level, as a trusted point of contact.
• Manage onboarding communications and draft onboarding emails from templates.
• Ensure onboarding steps are completed accurately and on time.
• Handle inbound client queries and route commercial matters to the Strategic Account Manager.
• Ensure timely, professional responses and clear ownership for every query.
• Manage retirement communications for carbon credits and EACs for assigned accounts.
• Support clients with recurring reporting requirements, e.g., sustainability reports and CDP submissions.
• Drive client engagement by inviting key clients to webinars/events and track engagement scores.
• Keep Impact Rooms updated with project news reflecting client portfolios.
• Maintain accurate instrument accounts and accessible certificates for clients.
• Contribute to developing the Client Services function with improved processes and templates.
• Share insights to identify recurring themes and opportunities to improve processes.
