Job summary

Climate Impact Partners is seeking a Senior Portfolio Management Lead to drive high-quality, commercially competitive portfolio solutions. You will coordinate across Sales, Sourcing, Pricing, Fulfilment, and Due Diligence to translate client needs into deliverable strategies.

Working with the Portfolio Management Director, you will shape strategic portfolio decisions, perform commercial analyses, and support client engagements in both primary and secondary markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience in carbon markets, environmental commodities, or portfolio management.
• Ability to translate complex information into client-facing materials.
• Effective stakeholder management across teams.
• Commercially minded with business objective focus.
• Highly organised with multi-priority handling.
• Experience with CRM, reporting, or portfolio management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of portfolio solutions, proposals, and RFP responses.
• Partner with Sales, Sourcing, Fulfilment, and Due Diligence to translate client needs into credible portfolio recommendations.
• Support commercial decision-making through portfolio analysis and market insights.
• Contribute to proposal tools, processes, and knowledge resources to improve client submissions.
