This newly created role will act as a central coordination point across multiple departments, supporting one of the firm’s largest clients. The Role
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, responding to queries, coordinating requests, and ensuring seamless support for client‑related activities
  • Manage and maintain the diary of a senior leader, scheduling meetings, prioritising commitments, preparing agendas, and supporting effective day‑to‑day coordination
  • Organise and coordinate client training sessions, liaising with trainers and attendees, tracking attendance, and ensuring smooth delivery from planning through to execution
  • Support effective cross‑department communication, sharing updates, following up on actions, and providing comprehensive administrative support to maintain efficient workflows
  • Assist with legal documentation
About You
  • Previous experience within a professional services environment (essential)
  • Proactive, highly organised, and able to use initiative
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (essential)
  • A self‑starter who enjoys a varied and fast‑paced role
