You will work across the organisation to document, monitor, and improve services, support audits, and deliver client reports. The role involves onboarding new clients, SME input, and collaboration with the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop positive client relationships within a team.
• Ensure end-to-end services meet contracted SLAs and quality.
• Engage operational teams to support clients.
• Document, monitor, measure and improve contracted services.
• Close follow-ups from audits and ensure timely responses.
• Complete scheduled service reviews and provide warranty reports.
• Create and deliver client service reports and drive service improvement plans.
• Ensure successful client onboarding and professional engagement.
• Provide SME input and support the sales team.
