The Skills Coalition in Leeds is seeking a proactive Insurance Client Services professional to deliver first-class service to SME clients and drive end-to-end broking processes. You will work within a collaborative team, handle client inquiries, and support renewals and referrals, upholding regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Sound technical knowledge of the Insurance Industry with reference to commercial insurance.
• Demonstrable ability to provide a responsive first-class service to clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and administration skills.
• Knowledge of the wider offering.
• Ability to organise workflow, prioritise tasks and manage own time.
• Confident user of technology and software e.g. MS Office and Outlook.
• Working knowledge of broking processes and regulatory standards.
• Working knowledge of FCA compliance rules.
• Competent user of insurance client system; Acturis an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide a first-class proactive service to clients and prospective SME clients through the Client Journey.
• Work collaboratively to write, renew and service SME clients using end-to-end broking process.
• Respond to client issues in a timely manner.
• Build positive relationships with Claims and broking teams for referrals.
• Act as reference with insurers negotiating terms for clients.
• Adhere to business standards, policies and processes.
• Use client applications accurately including invoicing and data quality.
• Identify opportunities to offer additional services and products to clients.
