Equifax Leeds is seeking a proactive Client Service professional to manage and develop strong relationships with clients while ensuring end-to-end services meet agreed SLAs and quality standards.
You will work across the organisation to document, monitor, and improve services, support audits, and deliver client reports. The role involves onboarding new clients, SME input, and collaboration with the sales team.
