Job summary

Vantify is seeking a Client Success Manager to own day-to-day client relationships, ensure contract performance, and govern services across an assigned portfolio. You will work with Health & Safety, Facilities, and service leads, coordinating internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

In this role, you will monitor SLAs and KPIs, manage risks, and drive practical improvements. Strong communication, commercial awareness, and proactive problem-solving are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in an Account Management/Client Success or similar client-facing role.
• Experience owning day-to-day client relationships and managing operational stakeholders.
• Experience supporting service delivery, contract performance, SLAs and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary day-to-day relationship owner for an agreed portfolio.
• Maintain regular client communication to understand priorities, risks and feedback.
• Lead effective client review meetings with updates on performance and improvements.
• Own operational delivery, ensuring services meet contractual requirements and quality standards.
• Monitor KPIs, risks and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate resolution of high-priority issues with internal teams.
